Vision Program:

The Ardmore Lions Club Vision Program’s purpose is to provide an eye exam and eyeglasses to low income residents of the Ardmore, Oklahoma area who have no other resources available.

To apply for financial assistance in obtaining eyeglasses, complete the attached form and mail to the Ardmore Lions Club. Your application will be reviewed by the Ardmore Lions Club Eyeglass Committee. The committee will contact the applicant concerning approval/disapproval.

You must live in the Ardmore, Oklahoma area for your application to be considered.

Davis, Kingston, Madill, or Sulphur are outside our coverage area but applications may be submitted to Ardmore Lions Club for consideration.  Each application will be reviewed by the Ardmore Lions Club Eyeglass Committee on an individual basis.  Approval will be dependent upon severity of applicant need and club finances.

Eyeglass Recycle Locations:

We accept used eyeglasses for recycle at the following locations:

  • BancFirst - 310 West Main Street, Ardmore, OK

  • First Bank and Trust Company - 1720 McLish Ave SW, Ardmore, OK

  • First National Bank - 405 West Main Street, Ardmore, OK

We also accept ink cartridges, cell phones, and hearing aids. To recycle these items, please contact the Ardmore Lions Club.
